inside The Life Management System.
…coming home from work and knowing you get to play with your kids instead of fretting over dinner or tackling a pile of laundry?
…scheduling a weekly night out with your girlfriends or enjoying a guilt-free bubble bath?
…having a restful night of sleep and knowing the whole house will also wake up energized?
If this sounds like a dream, I want you to know that it’s 100% possible for you. I know it’s possible because I’ve been exactly where you are now and I have created a proven system to help you achieve the flexibility and freedom you really want.
This is possible with The Life Management System!
I built this coaching practice because I feel so passionate about helping other moms like you find the freedom I have created for myself.
I also feel so committed to helping mothers find peace with their circumstances. I don’t want any mom to feel like they can’t be present and enjoy family because they have to work. I also want moms to feel confident that if they choose or prioritize work, that it’s the right decision for them and their family and that their home responsibilities aren’t being neglected.
And damn it, I don’t want a single one of you to become a statistic related to quitting because you feel like you have to, or burning out because you don’t have the solutions you need to effectively manage everything that life is throwing at you.
I am here to tell you, you can have it all.
I often hear from others how lucky I am, but I'm here to tell you I create my own luck by very intentionally curating my life. I didn't have the luxury of leaning on generational wealth, local grandparents to augment childcare, etc.

“One of the most valuable aspects of working with Courtney was the balance she helped me bring into my life. She provided practical tips and tricks that made the transition smoother and more manageable. Whether it was time management strategies, coping mechanisms for handling stress, or ways to maintain a healthy work-life balance, Courtney's advice was always tailored to my needs and situation.”
“This program and the group discussions have made such an impactful change in the course of my life. I wanted some quick wins, and Courtney delivered!
I’ve gained so much clarity in what I truly value and what I can let go of in this phase of my life. I have completely and intentionally reprioritized the way I spend my time to align with those values. I am already a better colleague, mom, wife and friend because of it. I am finally on the path I’ve wanted to be on for quite a while...I just didn’t realize I needed someone to guide me along the way. I am forever grateful to Courtney for doing so.”
Sustainable change is an incredibly intrinsic process, and a life management system is unique and personal to each individual. In this phase, you will begin by getting clear on what truly matters to you. By understanding what you most value, you’ll know what is worth your energy and have the clarity you need for aligning the rest of your ecosystem in subsequent phases.
Here we will focus on:
Shifting your mindset to know how to stay true to your values and how to enact change
Identifying and clarifying your values
Managing your mental load so that it is organized and distributed
Clarifying your physical, mental, and emotional needs; identifying the gaps in how they’re not being met; and devising a plan to how they can be filled
Instituting age-appropriate expectations and structure to children around core critical areas that support your family being at your collective best
In this phase, you will learn how to build the foundation of your new system. By focusing from the inside out, you will be prepared to superimpose outside variables in the next phase. This, alone, will start to generate more free time for you.
Eliminating any unnecessary clutter and noise from your system to create order
Protecting your time and energy
Evaluating how your house is used to create processes that optimize how it’s used, and how each family member productively contributes to it functioning smoothly
Infusing processes and systems around your biggest sticking points
This is where you will go gangbusters on your new system. You will build the outside-in part of your life management system and start to benefit from your new flow.
In this phase we will focus on:
Dedicating your energy to your “highest and best use” activities
Streamlining the routine responsibilities of everyone in your household
Mastering batch processing
Creating space for your own wellness, including proper sleep, nutrition, mental wellness, physical wellness, and self-care activities
For many of us, our relationships are what we live for, whether that be our relationship with ourselves, our religion, our kids, our partner, our extended family, our colleagues, or our friends. In this stage we will focus on how to show up authentically, with less effort, for the people in our life who matter.
This phase will include:
Prioritizing creating a relationship with your partner
Creating focused time for each member of your immediate family
Mastering how to efficiently, but meaningfully, be present and be a friend
My entire goal is to get you sustainable change that can improve the rest of your life.
To support this, you will be getting 6 months of access to:
The Working Moms Movement private community: Sustainable change is accomplished, in part, by joining a community with others who are at the same stage in life as you so that you get the level of support and empathy needed to keep going and not feel alone. A community of peers is also proven to increase accountability on reaching your goals. And of course, I am active here too.
Weekly coaching calls: Sometimes getting to talk through something live just hits different. I get it! In school I was the annoying girl in the front of the classroom constantly raising my hand. And that’s why weekly I’m going to show up y’all so that you have my active partnership on your journey. These are recorded, so even if you can’t attend live, you can still get the personalized support you need.

“I worked with Courtney to address challenges I was facing as a working mother seeking a life transition. Together we were able to easily identify the areas I wanted to work on and incorporate strategies to feel empowered and move forward. I appreciate Courtney’s versatility as a thought partner, ally, and coach. She is an expert in time and energy management (which is a term she taught me!) Our sessions were productive and efficiently run, which is perfect for someone who is juggling many priorities!”
...am authentic,
...am a servant leader invested in others' success,
...am heart-centered,
...care deeply and fully for what I choose to invest my time in,
...believe in getting the most out of life,
...am academically trained at efficiency, but focus on effectiveness,
...and committed to helping you find free time to enjoy more of life’s little moments
Spend my “5 – 9:00” doing what I love instead of on chores;
Travel every weekend (..and I’m not kidding);
Be more present to enjoy quality time with my loved ones;
Get a full night sleep, and then another, and then another;
Maintain an orderly and clutter-free life and home;
Volunteer my time to mentor foster youth; and
Invest in regular self-care, including exercise, socializing, and pampering.
“Through Courtney, I understand I have more control over my life than I thought I had by simply tweaking my routines and sticking with that plan.”
You’re sick and tired of being sick and tired.
You are overwhelmed (and over!) the daily grind.
You are racked with longing and guilt over missing out on those precious little moments with your family, or you struggle being present when you are.
You are stressed by the lack of order in your life.
You lack the processes and structure to know what’s around the corner.
You feel like you are always drowning and are desperate for some “me” time.
You desire more intentionality around childcare and parenting.
You feel strain on your relationships because of life’s daily demands.
You feel mounting societal pressure to be everything to everyone.
You feel stuck and would give your right arm for a nap. ….and maybe a snack.
You have two options
Let me take the guesswork out of getting results. Yes, a DIY method could eventually improve your circumstances some, but you deserve getting full results as fast as possible instead of losing the next couple of years and only getting incremental, slow change.
The Life Management System is a 12-week program, which starts immediately when you enroll. You get instant access to the program upon enrolling, so you can move through the course as fast or as slow as you desire. The program includes lifetime access to the curriculum, as well as 6-month access to the community and coaching calls.
It is realistic to devote 2-5 hours / week to get sustainable results. I know that feels impossible to squeeze into your already full days, but remember this is an investment in your future self. The goal is to stop the cycle of spinning from the daily grind. You’ll never get your wasted time back. It’s our most valuable asset at this phase in life, and The Life Management System can help you create more of it. By devoting these 2-5 hours each week, you can systematically and permanently improve your quality of life.
Of course you can wait but in my experience, the problems you have will be replaced with other problems. But most notably, each new problem still consumes your time and energy. And time is our most precious resource. The Life Management System is composed of core life skills and about achieving sustainable, life-long change that is equally as valuable for every stage.
I’m glad you asked! We focus on:
- Managing mindset and mental load
- Identifying, and adhering to, clear priorities
- Activating a support system
- Introducing structure to the family and the home
- Eliminating clutter to maintain physical, mental, and energy harmony
- Streamlining responsibilities and time management
- Valuing personal wellness and relationships.
Just like investing in a gym, if you don’t ever go and put in the work, you will not get results. But if you put in the work and believe it still is not delivering results after 30 days, there is a money-back policy in place.
